Shipping Policy

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we’ll always do our best to get your goodies packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work hard to get your order out as soon as we can.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options Australia-wide:

Standard Shipping — $10
Express Shipping — $15
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Please note that shipping fees for selected drop shipped items may vary and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
