Refund policy

We want you (and your little ones) to absolutely love everything you receive from Issy Rue. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging

When contacting us, please include your order number to help make the process as smooth as possible.

To start a return, please email us at hello@issyrue.com. We’ll provide you with a returns form and instructions for sending your item back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If a returned item does not meet our returns criteria, we may be unable to process the return and reserve the right to send the item back to you at your cost.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sale items*
  • Gift cards

*If you need a different size in a sale item, we’re happy to offer an exchange where stock is available.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@issyrue.com.
